Terms of Use

Last updated: July 8, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getreil.io and related services (the “Service”), operated by REIL, a sole proprietorship (“REIL,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

What REIL is — and is not

REIL is an educational tool that helps you explore real estate investing strategies and understand which may fit your situation. REIL does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or real estate brokerage advice, and using the Service does not create an advisor, fiduciary, or professional-client relationship. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you will not: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service; scrape, copy, or resell content except as expressly allowed; upload malicious code; or use the Service to harass or harm others.

Content and intellectual property

The Service and its content — including text, design, graphics, and software — are owned by REIL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content except as the Service expressly permits.

Your submissions

If you send us feedback, suggest resources, or submit other content, you grant REIL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and incorporate that content to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to share anything you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Third-party links and resources

The Service may link to third-party websites, tools, books, and services, including affiliate links (see our Disclaimer). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and links are not endorsements. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REIL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including any decisions you make or investments you pursue based on it. To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REIL from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
